Job Description

As the Fanmarketing and Community Manager your primary mission is to foster a vibrant and engaged community of fans around our brand and esports initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the connection between the Esports World Cup Foundation and our fans and players, contributing to the overall success and growth of our brand in the Saudi Arabian and international esports scene.Key ResponsibilitiesManage communities throughout various channels including: Support Develop and execute strategies to engage and grow the esports communitiesSupport Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, influencers, or content creatorsSupport the engagement further, incl. benchmarking, and screening of other top iconic productsPrepare overall channels budgeting, monitoring, and reporting/status reports Prepare the product/event external marketing and communication activities Create value proposition with content and content creation including: Support Building strong relations with leading platforms and leading streaming partners and work on some projects such as a Netflix series Support to Create a full plan/strategy for fans' experience during the World Cup (Offline) Support to Create a value proposition for online fans to watch and engage with the World CupPrepare, analyze, and benchmark top events such as (IEM cologne)Support Create a USP that differentiates the World Cup from all top events that explains WHY this is the World Cup Prepare all tournament engagements' key elements, latest updates, and marketing activities that can be prepared and shared with key stakeholders Working with others:Work closely with the Product/Event Teamwork closely with the Marketing (Brand & Communication) TeamJob Requirements4+ years in esports with a comprehensive understanding of the esports club/team sceneUniversity degree in Marketing, Media Management, or a related fieldProven track record in esports community management and content creationExperience in working in a project-based multi-stakeholder environmentVery good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWillingness to move to RiyadhBenefitsRelocation supportTransportation allowanceCompetitive compensationHousing allowanceVIP medical insuranceOpportunity to work on a new exciting project with a group of passionate professionals.
