Job Description / RoleEmployment: Full TimePosition Title: Chief Financial OfficerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that was established in 1948.Job Description:Oversees and monitors the Group’s financial position, activities, capital structure, and compliance with covenants to banks and third parties, including hedging arrangements where relevant.Collaborates with banks to manage daily operations and ensure effective management and control of working capital lines.Manages interest rate risk by continuously exploring improved market prices and presenting new competitive banking relationships to the board.Reviews, manages, and establishes internal systems, processes, and procedures as necessary to uphold the integrity, accuracy, compliance, and usefulness of financial information and reporting.Keeps the Board informed about the group’s finances and recommends annual operating plans and budgets aligned with the long-term strategy, incorporating both macro and microeconomic factors.RequirementsQualifications:At least 7 years of relevant UAE experience as a Head of Finance or CFO in the manufacturing industry#OTHER#JPKR
