Requirement & Responsibilities:At least 7 years of experience in the industry or 2+ years of experience in a similar role.Lead engineering teams by providing mentorship, technical guidance, and direction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical vision and development strategies.Oversee project direction by planning sprints, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, conducting code reviews, and managing implementation. Use your advanced technical knowledge to choose appropriate tools, comply with client requirements, and address architectural or performance challenges.Analyze and provide simple solutions to challenging situations. Investigate issues using root cause analysis and develop holistic solutions.Analyzing data related to business concepts, innovative practices, manufacturing, and assembly strategies for a novel product design.Implement and revise new methods to improve work processes: workplace safety and health management system.Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.Lead research for new products and change management teams while ensuring conflict resolution between staff.Understand customer problems and ensure that technology solutions meet their needs.Work closely with product teams to align technical solutions with business goals.Continuously improve processes by conducting project retrospectives and implementing lessons learned.Proficiently addressing intricate technical challenges while demonstrating expertise in system design and comprehension.Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new technologies and can overcome obstacles and drive projects to completion.Demonstrating exceptional communication skills, I empathize with customer needs and adeptly translate them into technical solutions.Open to candidates from any tech stack as long as they demonstrate outstanding problem-solving abilities.Should have outstanding systems design skills and expertise in implementing design patterns.Proficiency in many technologies/concepts - Ruby on Rails/Java and Spring boot/Scala/C# and .NET Core/Python, Ci/CD, DevOps, Cloud infrastructure, Microservices, System Architecture, System design, and business analysis.Experience with Agile Extreme programming is a plus.Compensation: We pay globally competitive market salaries in USD.
