Our Maximus Graphic Designer creates and manages digital and print designs for our marketing needs. The role manages all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts and generating creative ideas to promote the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.ResponsibilitiesCreates new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specifications, needs, and brand image.Creates and maintains files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing.Evaluates and manages production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations.Review and proof all creative deliverables (text, print images, video) to ensure all content is complying with Brand guidelines.Partners with various internal stakeholders to understand brief requirements, as well as implement art corrections quickly and efficiently.Creates original and compelling work for campaigns and experiences across multiple mediums.Liaises with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and deliveryDesigns graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.Manages graphic designs from conception to delivery.Generates fresh concepts.Ensures brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.Liaises between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.Keeps up-to-date with industry developments.KnowledgeBachelor’s Degree in graphic design or a related field.Fluency in both English and Arabic language – written and spoken.Extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques.Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Quark and Illustrator.Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements and multi-media design.
