The Role!
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retention/Reactivation Specialist to join our dynamic company. The primary focus of this role is to retain and reactivate customers, ensuring their continued engagement and loyalty through direct communication with our clients by phone calls of online meetings.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:


  • Execute retention and reactivation strategies to retain and reactivate customers who have shown signs of disengagement or churned.
  • Customer feedback insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address customer concerns. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance the customer experience and increase customer retention.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in customer retention, reactivation, or loyalty marketing in an e-commerce or shipping company
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and a customer-centric mindset.
