Job Description

Position Summary:The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership team, managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and contributing to our online presence through social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization, a flair for engaging with online communities, and experience with Zoho software.Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive support services to the team that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole. • Manage schedules, including meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for senior members of the company. • Contribute to the maintenance and growth of the company’s social media profiles, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers. • Utilize Zoho software for CRM tasks, data entry, and report generation to support business operations. • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. • Assist in the preparation and organization of corporate documents. • Conduct research and manage special projects as needed.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with 0 - 2 years of experience • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva etc. • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. • Experience with social media management and digital engagement. • Proficiency in Zoho software or the ability to quickly learn new software tools. • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
