Payroll & Senior HR Specialist- Egypt Factory

Responsibilities

• Follow HR Operations in the Factory (Meals, Transportation and Attendance)
• Assist in compensation and benefits functions, Expenses, Overtime Calculation and Review.
• Coordinate talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics and resolve issues and problems.
• Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience as a HR Specialist (minimum 2-3 years)
• Hands on experience with HRIS SAP system is an advantage
• Previous factory / manufacturing experience is required
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
• Well known about other HR functions.
• Have knowledge about the Egyptian labor law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Great attention to detail and confidentiality.

It is a Plus to have any or all of the following;

• Factory Experience

• SAP Success Factor Experience

• Pharma Experience

• Learning Management System (LMS) Experience
