Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to work with various members of our organisation in order to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, as well as recruiting processes in line with the company’s talent acquisition plans. This role will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process, including engaging with passive talent, building talent pipelines, directly communicating with candidates, and providing the very best candidate experience.


What you'll do...
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process; from sourcing to interviewing
  • Use LinkedIn to source and build project pipelines across a variety of commercial disciplines (sales, HR, finance, operations, etc.)
  • Manage ATS system with candidates and internal/external job postings
  • Schedule and send interview confirmations to candidates and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a network of talent through ongoing relationship management
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers, reporting weekly pipeline activity
  • Manage exceptional and efficient candidate experience
  • Work closely with other members of the People & Culture team on implementing outstanding recruitment processes
What we are looking for...
  • 3-4 years of recruiting/talent sourcing experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced, environment
  • Experience recruiting a variety of commercial roles, including sales, operations, HR, business, finance, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or similar
  • Experience working with an ATS
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities, identify and resolve problems, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience communicating professionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Desire and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Confident and open manner, as well as an empathetic approach with good people skills
