This role entails ensuring the delivery of top-notch online user experiences through the application of diverse methods and cutting-edge technology. You will lead the charge in UI/UX and design thinking for one of the region's best banking entities.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a strong rapport with senior stakeholders, effectively presenting design concepts and ideas. Lead and manage a team of designers and content writers, both remote and onsite, ensuring collaboration and productivity. Foster a design thinking mentality within the team, encouraging innovative and user-centric solutions. Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital applications. Oversee the design process from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategies with business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital design. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Requirements:Proven experience in presenting ideas and building relationships with senior stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills, with prior experience in managing a team of designers and content writers. A design thinking mentality with a focus on user-centric design principles. Proficiency in designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, with expertise in Figma preferred. Prior experience in designing digital applications, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
