Job Description

We are seeking a sharp and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving profitable growth within the dynamic Crypto space. You will collaborate across departments to support new product launches, pricing analysis, strategic initiatives, marketing initiatives, and navigate the complexities of crypto operations.

Responsibilities:

• Pricing & Market Analysis:
  • Conduct regular pricing analysis considering the competitive landscape and regulatory environment of crypto products and services.
  • Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability in the context of a volatile market.
  • Carry our competitive analysis on a regular basis to identify areas of risk and opportunities using insights to drive strategic decision-making
• Growth Initiatives:
  • Partner with business leaders to analyze all growth initiatives, including identifying potential cost efficiencies and new revenue streams.
  • Support the development of business cases for the growth initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals, risk tolerance, and industry best practices.
  • Analyze competitor performance and identify opportunities for new market expansion developing competitive advantages
• Financial Management:
  • Manage the financial aspects of the product journey (from ideation to launch and beyond), including its impact on Revenue and Profitability.
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure efficient and effective workflows creating efficiencies, such as managing liquidity cycles, cost of liquidity, and compliance requirements unique to the industry.
• Communication & Reporting:
  • Develop financial dashboards and reports to track key growth metrics and provide ongoing performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Translate financial data into actionable insights for various stakeholders through excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably with a focus on growth initiatives in the Crypto space.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models, including those specific to Crypto valuations and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate financial data into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
• Understanding of competitive analysis and its application for strategic decision-making within the Crypto industry.
