Job Description
- Develop the strategy on how to manage the inventory levels across countries ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to demand and supply planning, such as forecast accuracy, inventory, and service levels.
- Organized monthly S&OP meetings with Hikma's worldwide vendors to optimize the timely arrival of semi-finished materials, ensuring uninterrupted production sequences and precise demand fulfilment while minimizing stock imbalances.
- Run MRP meetings with procurements; define required safety stocks and ROP of materials in alignment with the procurement manager & SC Manager & Manage 3PL through coaching & performance reviews to enhance Service Levels.
- Manage direct tenders’ business requirements and align with global on possibility to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing to ensure demand can be met
- Coach and mentor team members so that they have the skills and competencies to be highly effective. Encourage an environment of self-development, open discussion, and a team-based structure.
Qualification:
Hold a BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related
