In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home.All about the role:IT Senior Lead is responsible for working with the analysts and business users to develop, maintain, support and extend the Oracle EBS R12 application with a focus on following modules (GL, AP, AR , OM , PO , INV & TM). The person in this role may assist with the preparation of detailed specifications from which programs will be written and will be responsible for integration with other systems including the technical design, development, documentation, testing, implementation and support of extensions and sustainment of the EBS applications. Technical solutions will be built within the Oracle framework utilizing Oracle tools such as Oracle PLSQL, Workflow, Forms, BI-Publisher, and others.What you'll do: Process Management Work closely with the Business Analysts & BRMs on the new enhancement requests & demands for the region. Interact with business stakeholders regularly to build relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction Work with Team to review and provide recommendations to continuously improve core AMS processes. Perform reviews of major incidents, major problems, and/or changes, as per assigned processes.Incident Management Ensure service failures are recorded and managed diligently in Service Now Ensure that Oracle related services is restored at the earliest appropriate opportunity. Ensure escalation procedures are well defined & activated as necessary.Problem Management Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – Investigate, document, provide preventative solution, of service failures. Proactively identify and develop strategies to avoid potential causes of service failure. Maintain FAQs, Knowledge base problems & resolution detailsChange Management Interface with Change Advisory Board, in accordance with existing Change processes. Attend Change Advisory Board meetings to secure required approvalsService Management and Support Provides troubleshooting, problem analysis, debugging, and resolution of assigned system issues. Utilizes existing reports, or compiles data, to analyze helpdesk performance, identify trends and recommend solutions. Develop prevention strategies based on tracking and trending analysis. Provides team with feedback and corrective action on SLA performance. Provides effective training and support. Performs other duties as assigned.Operations Support Help maintain interfaces from third party systems for import/export into/from Oracle EBS R12 ( Integrations) Understand and implement technical configuration changes to E-Business Suite modules. Utilize Oracle technical tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, Oracle Workflow, Forms, BI-Publisher, WEB ADI, PL/SQL to develop solutions to support the business and to enhance functionality based on business requirements Troubleshoot issues to find the root cause and provide technical solutions. Work closely with the business and others in IT to develop new solutions and extend the functionality of EBS. Follow established process for code development through code release and support. Follow Oracle Standard documents. Coordinate, analyze, design and development of reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows with Oracle technology tools such as Oracle Workflow, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Personalization framework. Work with functional team leads and IT counterparts to systematically analyze, cleanse, and maintain ERP data and current production issues. Creating & supporting BI ETLs.Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in managing full spectrum of Oracle EBS R12 suite. Strong experience in working with SQL Developer, TOAD, Oracle Workflow, Forms, BI-Publisher, WEB ADI, PL/SQL Experience in Oracle Transport Management Tool 6.4.3 is an advantage Strong experience in Incident & Change Management Process Must have experience in driving new enhancements, minor/moderate projects in Oracle Landscape.
