Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and design visual assets for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, and print collateral.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and messaging, and translate them into compelling visual designs. (As per design brief)
- Create Compelling Visuals: Produce high-quality graphics that capture attention, convey key messages, and resonate with target audiences.
- Adapt Designs for Different Channels: Modify designs to suit various digital and print channels, ensuring optimal visual impact and readability.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Provide Design Support: Offer design support to other teams within the organization as needed, ensuring that all visual communications are of a high standard.
- Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing materials.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support with magazine layout and production
- Edit Videos, Podcast and Photos
- Amend designs after feedback
- Create animated Graphics (.GIF and .Mp4 formats)
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of design principles
- A strong portfolio of static and animated graphics
- Design experience in publishing work flow
- Advance knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficient with InDesign, Premier pro and After Effects
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Good knowledge in MS office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
