Tele-Calling Collections Specialist

Through fair and inclusive access to credit, we can deliver affordability to the underserved.We are looking for enthusiastic, value-driven, problem solvers to build products from 0 to 1.What You Will Do:As a Tele-Calling Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for:Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments.Contacting customers to arrange debt payoffs.Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.Note that the shifts are rotational across the team.You Will Need:1+ years of experience in Collections/Customer Service.Collections knowledge is preferable.Patience and stress management.Comfortable working with targets.Good listening skills.Skilled in negotiation.Knowledge of collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing).Good decision-making ability.Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.Efficient and logical approach to problem solving.Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.Flexible self-starter and you can adapt to highly changing environments.
