Job description: Role Purpose The Solutions Consultant is responsible for identify opportunities, define customer requirements, Presales, implementation, Post sales of new and existing applications & solutions using the company's software and associated modules. Job Accountabilities & Activities - Interface with Sales/Marketing/Service on daily business matters.- Actively support sales cycles and major customer engagement by bringing specific knowledge and experience to the opportunity. Support customer engagement events to broaden the prospect base- Develop, design & script applications to meet customer requirements.- Perform business analysis in which information about business process and concerns are gathered from key client stakeholders.- Design business applications in which basic best practice knowledge is applied.- Compose documentation outlining requirements for building the business application- Developing and supporting various Applications.- Present documentation on business analysis and solution requirements to key customer stakeholders for validation and approval.- Build solution utilizing the appropriate application development tools supported by the company.- Test business applications and ensure performance is as designed; resolve any issues.- Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for customer; also train customer administrator to be able to administer and troubleshoot.- Develop plan for migration; migrate business applications into production environment and support customer throughout migration process.- Transition key information to the technical support team to ensure continued successful support of customer. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (in Computer Science / Information Technology) Required Years of Experience 4-6 years of experience.
