Our mission is to be the leading mobile-first games publisher & developer from the MENA region.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Division at Sandsoft.As a Financial Analyst, you will primarily focus on cost controlling, budgeting & planning, and management reporting within our dynamic gaming company.Main responsibilities:Conducting thorough analysis of costs to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.Document and execute cost-saving initiatives and budget management to ensure organizational cost-effectiveness.Analysing and optimising procurement processes to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.Developing and implementing procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and consistent with business goals.Collaborating with Expenses Owners to implement frame contracts and long term contractsAssisting in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights for decision-making.Generating timely and accurate reports to support strategic planning and operational initiatives.Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business objectives and drive profitability.Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.Approving expenses claims and PR in different tools.What you will bring:Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Finance or related field, or CFA qualification.Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in FP&A or commercial finance roles, preferably within the gaming or related industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other financial software/tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.What we offer:Medical insuranceCompany events and team building activitiesOpportunities for career growth in an innovative and international work environmentIf you are passionate about finance and gaming, and meet the above requirements, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Important note: for this role we can only accept Saudi candidates.
