Responsibilities
Research and draw inspiration from traditional Bahraini crafts and artisanal practices
Design product concepts that combine cultural authenticity with modern appeal
Create souvenirs and gift items suitable for production and sale
Provide design sketches, digital mockups, and specifications for prototypes
Collaborate on material selection, ensuring products reflect both durability and heritage value
Ability to merge traditional craft aesthetics with contemporary product design trends
Proficiency in design software for rendering and prototyping (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SolidWorks)
Strong research and storytelling skills to ensure cultural accuracy and authenticity
Excellent communication and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Mid-level to senior design expertise preferred
