About this opportunity !The Implementation and invoicing manager adheres to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to group, legal & financial directives, global & local Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), information/product security & privacy, and using relevant processes & tools. Ensures that the implementation of Network for RAN projects is completed by managing the field team, interfacing with the customer technically, handling ASPs, ordering material, reporting to the customer project manager for project delivery in accordance with Ericsson instructions, do the invoicing to customer, quality requirements and within project cost, time, quality, and scope.What You Will DoDeep Knowledge of working with Mobily Tools & ways of workingBased on the rollout plan secure internal and external rollout capacityCollaborate with Multiple IMs and act as a SPOC for all SDU India activities Participate in the evaluation and assessments of ASP/SPs and IMsPlan SDN submission and invoicing to customer NAS portalSupervise the invoicing submission with internal stakeholders and own team.End-to-end monthly capitalization target accountability.Ensure all invoicing requests are completed accurately and timeously to reach required targets and timelinesPO issuance to the sub-contractorsStrong knowledge of Radio/Transmission site survey, SIR, and As-Built preparation.Prepare invoice templates in Eritop.Guide and advise Field Engineers/Supervisors regarding the site Implementation, troubleshooting, and overall activities.Obtain all completed PAT Documents, red marked SID, installed BoQ and other installation documents and ensure an accurate as-built being produced and handed over according to the agreed process.You will bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in (electrical / communication/ computer) / engineeringNAS system knowledge is a plusKnows how to communicate well in English and ArabicMinimum 6 to 12 years’ experience on RAN network implementationDomain-experience: RAN (Radio Access Network), TRM(Transmission)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and root causes of financial discrepancies.Delivering results & meeting customer expectationsFollowing processes, procedures, and instructionsShould have experience in customer relations and great technical skillsAwareness of all EHS statutory requirementsWorking closely with internal cash collector to ensure all invoices due are approved in the customers payment portal, ready to be paid.Manage Pre-PAT activity and comments clearanceSupport customer project manager for ordering the materialWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
