Job Description
Senior HR Officer
The Main Purpose Of This Role Is
Ensure robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure deployment and maintenance on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Microsoft Azure.
Implement and manage automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud-native DevOps practices.
Enhance collaboration between development and operations teams, with a strong emphasis on cloud performance, availability, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure
Design and maintain cloud environments on OCI and Azure, including compute, networking, storage, and identity services.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Azure Bicep, and OCI Resource Manager.
Deploy and manage Kubernetes (OKE/AKS) clusters and container-based workloads.
Optimize cost, performance, and reliability of cloud resources.
Automation & CI/CD
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or OCI DevOps Service.
Integrate automated testing, deployment, and monitoring into the CI/CD lifecycle.
Implement configuration management via Ansible, PowerShell DSC, or Chef.
Monitoring & Security
Implement monitoring and alerting with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, OCI Logging, and Prometheus/Grafana.
Integrate security tools such as Azure Defender, OCI Cloud Guard, and vulnerability scanning solutions.
Manage identity, access, secrets, and compliance with Azure AD, OCI IAM, and Key Vaults.
Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Document cloud environments, runbooks, and procedures.
Provide support for production issues, performance tuning, and incident response.
