Group Compliance Section Head

- Implement and promote Elsewedy Electric compliance protocol- Support developing and reviewing company's Guidelines & Policies- Create and propose effective action plans in response to compliance violations- Regularly review company's procedures, practices, and processes to identify possible areas of improvement as well as compliance risks- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations- Work with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements- Ensuring implementation of guidelines and regulations and execution of the Elsewedy Electric operational Compliance Processes (as set force in the respective circulars, guidelines and processes as well as other documents if applicable) including Compliance/ Export Control controls. And further on, if needed, ensuring adaptation of such policies, processes and trainings or materials- Compliance investigations and audits, ensuring appropriate remediation measures taken, if applicable.- Compliance reviews for Business Partners (BPs) / Sponsoring & donations events / PAC activities within the frame of hierarchies.- Responsibility for Compliance training and Communication on request, to foster integrity culture within the area of responsibility.- Internal / external contacts with: e.g. SCM, Legal, project managers, sales teams/managers, communication, IT, etc., external auditors, Business Partners(consortium partners, sales agents, customs agents etc.), main customers, main suppliers, law firms, shareholders, and other organizations or institutions, when required.
