Their philosophy is grounded in the belief that inclusivity and diversity are fundamental to fostering the most inventive ideas, designs, and solutions.Job DescriptionTake charge of leading and supervising the Business Development and Account Management departments, with a focus on expanding and nurturing relationships with strategically vital and large-scale clients.Devise and execute consumer-centric operational strategies to not only meet but surpass client expectations and excel in account management.Proactively spearhead the Agency's strategic account planning procedures, establishing performance benchmarks, sales objectives, and key milestones for designated periods.Regularly assess, elucidate, and validate consumer requirements, crafting solutions that effectively address these needs while coordinating with relevant business personnel.Hold responsibility for achieving the department's goals for profitable sales volume and contribute to fulfilling the Agency's broader objectives.Formulate and supervise the adoption of the departmental vision and values, shaping the organizational culture.Provide guidance to personnel in the Business Development and Account Management teams, ensuring continual professional growth and readiness for future leadership roles.Propel the formulation of account-specific growth strategies and methodologies to fortify the Agency's standing as a market leader.Cultivate enduring relationships with consumers through strategic planning and an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape.Collaborate with different departments to synchronize goals and strategies, ensuring seamless attainment of key account objectives.Conduct thorough research and data collection on consumers, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify areas for enhancing account management.RequirementPossess a Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Management, or a related field. Alternatively, substantial professional experience in the field is acceptable.Accumulate a minimum of 7 years of experience in a key account management role within a dynamic and fiercely competitive business environment, demonstrating a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.Exhibit outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex messages to diverse audiences with clarity and conviction.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create compelling reports and presentations.Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, coupled with a passion for consumer and market research, enabling the extraction of actionable insights to inform strategy development.Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and the adeptness to manage challenging client relationships while delivering results.Showcase exemplary leadership qualities, fostering collaboration and instilling a positive working culture within the team.
