Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Bakery Chef to lead our production of high-quality baked goods and pastries.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both traditional and modern techniques, and a passion for creating exceptional products that meet brand standards and customer expectations.
– Innovate and test new recipes with a focus on creativity, presentation, and taste
– Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to brand standards
– Supervise daily operations of the bakery and pastry section
– Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
– Monitor ingredient levels, manage ordering and inventory
– Lead and train junior staff to follow recipes and techniques correctly
– Collaborate with the management team on menu development and seasonal offerings

Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role, with a strong focus on Pastry and Bakery.
Experience in bulk cooking is essential.
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
In-depth knowledge of pastry and bakery cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Fluency in English.
