Duties & Responsibilities:

• Awareness and implementation of Project Quality Plan.
• Training on Site Quality Management System for all team members.
• Preparing and submitting periodic reports to the Quality Manager.
• Implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and related forms.
• Coordinating with various teams for effective management of quality issues.
• Conducting quality training for subcontractor teams.
• Maintain quality control documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Participating in project site meetings and staying updated on quality requirements.
• Monitoring and ensuring proper execution of site activities by vendors.
• Participating in quality system audits and implementing improvements as needed.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong construction site management skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in multicultural project environments.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

Education/Experience/Certification:

• Minimum of five years of advanced QAQC experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Preference for experience in EPC for District Cooling Plants and MEP background.
• Experience in industrial projects and pipelines is a plus.
