Duties & Responsibilities:
- Awareness and implementation of Project Quality Plan.
- Training on Site Quality Management System for all team members.
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports to the Quality Manager.
- Implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and related forms.
- Coordinating with various teams for effective management of quality issues.
- Conducting quality training for subcontractor teams.
- Maintain quality control documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Participating in project site meetings and staying updated on quality requirements.
- Monitoring and ensuring proper execution of site activities by vendors.
- Participating in quality system audits and implementing improvements as needed.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong construction site management skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in multicultural project environments.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Education/Experience/Certification:
- Minimum of five years of advanced QAQC experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Preference for experience in EPC for District Cooling Plants and MEP background.
- Experience in industrial projects and pipelines is a plus.
