Let’s build awesome software together! ????????‍????????‍????Requirements Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with any test automation tools and frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Selenide, and Appium.Understanding of any unit testing frameworks - Jasmine, Mocha, Jest, TestNg.Any API testing tools like - RestSharp, RestAssured, and Postman.Understanding of any Behavior-Driven Development tools like SpecFlow or CucumberExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in fintech or related industries is a plus.Responsibilities:Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering aculture of excellence in testing practices. Roll up your sleeves to ensure quality in our startup environment.Test Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality of our fintech products.Test Planning: Collaborate with product managers and developers to define test plans, including test scope, objectives, and timelines.Test Execution: Oversee test case design, execution, and defect tracking to ensure thorough testing coverage.Automation: Drive test automation efforts and identify opportunities for test script automation.
