A minimum of a university-level Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 15+ years of corporate security experience.
Comprehensive, substantive expertise of best security practices and principles.
Advanced and proven broad executive skills and experience in security management, risk management, protective services, investigations, and law enforcement.
Capital and operational budget formulation and administration.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & experience
15+ years of experience in the public and/or corporate and/or private security sectors required.
People management experience preferred.
Experience in strategic business engagement decision making, crisis management and investigations.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Physical & mental requirements:
Credibility as a senior staff member – capable of achieving and maintaining top management support for security as a business-integrated element that contributes to overall business success.
Ability to work independently and rapidly, to set priorities, and to meet targets in an expanding business environment.
Deep knowledge of security regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify second- and third-order effects.
Effective oral communicator and presenter – culturally sensitive and well-informed.
Skilled at preparing documentation for submission/presentation to senior leadership.
Capable of creating synergies, cooperation and a shared focus.
Enables and drives change with a stakeholder focus.
