This role is crucial for managing the entire marketing funnel, focusing on awareness, interest, and consideration stages to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL). If you’re passionate about creating impactful marketing strategies and leading a team towards ground-breaking results, we want you.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the complete marketing funnel, focusing on generating MQLs.Utilize marketing platforms such as HubSpot, SEMRush, and Google Analytics to drive strategy and analyze campaign performance.Ideate, design (in collaboration with our internal designers), launch, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), email campaigns, landing pages, and lead magnets.Handle media buying with meticulous planning and budgeting across platforms like Google Ads and Social Media.Lead the marketing team, including copywriters, designers, and SEO specialists.Plan and organize the annual events calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.Requirements:Proven experience in managing marketing funnels and generating MQLs.Strong proficiency in marketing platforms like HubSpot, SEMRush, Google Analytics.Experience in media buying and managing budgets for Google Ads and social media platforms.Demonstrated ability in leading and managing a team of creatives and specialists.Excellent strategic planning and campaign management skills.Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
