It is linked to the Al Ghurair Shopping Centre, only 3 stops away on the Dubai Metro from the Dubai World Trade Centre and a 10 minute drive from Dubai International Airport.Job DescriptionAs a Plumber you are responsible for all the Plumbing systems maintenance as instructed by Supervisor while adhering Hotel policies and procedures.What’s In It For YouEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21What You Will Be DoingMaintain and inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessaryPerforms preventive maintenance in Guest rooms and public areas as required in order to meet the Guest needsEnsure that the plumbing system components are properly monitored in order to avoid to avoid malfunctions and repairs or replaces when necessaryOperate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environmentComply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and proceduresQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Minimum 02 years’ experience in the position is preferedStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamExperience in the field is a strong assetPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbsOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsAdditional InformationVisa requirements:Please note that you must be eligible to live and work in Dubai.
