Job Description
- Lead and manage fit out projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for fit out works.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and materials for fit out projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage procurement processes for fit out materials and subcontractor services.

Job Requirements
