Job Description
- Lead and manage fit out projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for fit out works.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and materials for fit out projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage procurement processes for fit out materials and subcontractor services.
- Ensure all fit out works adhere to local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 year of experience in architectural project management, specifically in fit out projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple fit out projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and fit out construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external partners.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret and review architectural drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Willingness to work onsite as required by project demands.
