Windows System Administration:
This position will be part of our team responsible for Active Directory servers, File servers and other related Windows servers. Tasks include general server administration (updates, new builds, troubleshooting) as well as improving the architecture of our environment.
Microsoft 365 System Administration:
This position will be part of our team managing Microsoft 365 environments. This includes supporting the services that are on Office 365 (Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Endpoint Management) and the Azure Active Directory environment.
Must be fluent with PowerShell Scripting and Automation:
Most of the work will involved automating the Windows and Microsoft 365 configuration and administration using PowerShell Scripting. Some of the work will involve contributing to open-source Github projects.
Desktop Imaging and Software Distribution
Security enhancements:
The position will be working to enhance security on our Windows/Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments. This includes building secure server templates, using Group Policy and other tools to enhance security on existing security environments, and reviewing and responding to vulnerability and penetration test results.
Project Management:
Client on-boarding, Network Architecture, coordination of team resources
Job Requirements
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of proven experience in server, database, network, and system administration.
- Expertise with Microsoft Server operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Certificate Management and other AD roles and features.
- Experience with PowerShell, server scripting, and automation.
- Experience with system security, patching, auditing, ACLs, backup and recovery.
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services, Teams, Intune, AAD Connect, Entra ID, Exchange Online and O365.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365 Administration and Configurations.
- Good understanding and hands on experience of working in PowerShell.
- Good understanding of RESTful API concepts and experience working with Microsoft Graph API.
- Fair understanding of the NIST standards for Microsoft 365 environments.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft 365: MS-102, MS-101, MS-100 or similar
- Azure: Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104, AZ-500

- Excellent English communications skills and professionalism is a must
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently triage and prioritize your work
