Job Description
- Posting job vacancies on various platforms and ensuring alignment with job descriptions and organizational requirements.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
- Conduct Competency-Based Interviews (CBI), and support the recruitment team in follow-up communications.
- Help track and collect employee performance data to support the implementation of KPI frameworks.
- Maintain records for performance appraisals and ensure timely submission of relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and update the HR information system (HRIS) regularly.
- Create and update job descriptions (JDs) by conducting initial research.
- Assist in conducting job analysis through employee surveys and interviews as needed.
- Provide administrative support in designing workflows to improve efficiency in HR operations.
- Assist in documenting HR processes and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as Talent Management Specialist or similar role
- Experience with performance management procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BSc in Business Administration or relevant field
- Additional certification in Human Resources is a plus
