Job Description

The purpose of the job:

  • We are looking for an experienced Executive Director to oversee all operations, functions, and activities. You will be the face of the organization, responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and implementing a high-quality vision.
  • Participating in the formulation of objectives and the development of plans and responsibility in preparing the executive programs of the approved plans and activating and implementing the decision of Chairman of the Board of Directors on the ground.
  • The goal is to manage and lead the organization towards the realization of its mission.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission and vision.
  • Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors.
  • Ensure adherence to the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans to established policies and legal guidelines.
  • Forge and maintain relations of trust with partners and external authorities.
  • Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.
  • Review reports by subordinate managers to acquire an understanding of the organization’s financial and non-financial position.
  • Participating in the development of the main objectives, vision, and mission of the company and participate in the formulation of them.
  • Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary.
  • Review and organize files for factory development.
  • Develop long-term strategic plans.
  • Organize files related to the legal status of the company and ensure that all documents and certificates prove it.
  • Manage the company's business efficiently and effectively to serve the objectives and interests of the company and raise the company's name in the local and foreign markets.
  • A comprehensive review and analysis of the current situation and a strategic plan to reform the status quo.
  • Correspondence and communication of government and commercial institutions, unions, unions, and institutions to serve the objectives and interests of the company.
  • Review and follow up on files related to the registration and follow-up of the company's trademarks.
  • Participating in conferences, seminars, meetings, and internal and external exhibitions related to work.
  • Control of all departments, and individuals working in the company.
  • Review and approve the contracts of agents, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Organizing relations between departments and communication mechanisms according to the hierarchy of functions and reducing the overlap of tasks and powers and putting the right person in the right place in cooperation with the head of the human resources sector.
  • Solve all administrative problems, whether internal or external.
  • Follow-up of the company's work periodically and know the deviations and issue instructions to address these deviations.
  • The ability to draft contracts and agreements and how to read them.
  • Review and audit all procedures, records, forms, and instructions of the Chairman.
  • Assess and monitor potential risks to the company.

Job Requirements

  • Age: from 45:55 years old
  • At least 5 years as executive director or in other managerial positions.
  • Experience in developing strategies and plans.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices.
  • An analytical mind is capable of “out-of-the-box” thinking to solve problems.
  • Outstanding organization and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills.
  • Experience in business administration or relevant field.
