Job Description
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Working with the collections department to review accounts and client payment and credit history.
- Support daily, monthly and yearly close process
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with accounting or finance major is a must.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as AR accountant, preferred in FMCG.
- Languages: Good command of English language.
- ERP Operating experience is a plus (SAP)
- Excellent Ms Excel skills is a must.
