Job Description
- Build, develop, and manage the data analytics tools and deliver forward-looking consumer insights/trends and meet the needs of business growth.
- Resolve queries from internal customers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of data.
- Translate business questions into learning plans and then lead, develop, design, and conduct primary research studies to enable a synthesis of data to develop insights.
- Integrate different types of insights to tell a holistic story that meets the overall needs of both the manufacturing partner along with BTECH
- Ensure effective communication of market and consumer data, including synthesizing them into insights for action
- Remain abreast of best practices within the discipline and research methods employed, including the latest evolution of approaches as the industry develops.
- Build and manage relationships with internal customers and key manufacturing partners
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively and efficiently under pressure
- Develop effective communication lines with business teams and lead meetings/ discussions towards decision making based on the data and insights available
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
- Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analytics process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
- Have a strong toolkit for quantitative and qualitative methods to apply in problem solving and Decision-making.
- Be an advocate and voice for the customer/consumer
Job Requirements
