Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis for each key account.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals, including volume discounts, contract renewals, and new product introductions.
  • Drive revenue growth within assigned key accounts.
  • Gather and analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide valuable insights to the sales and product development teams.
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management within the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing high-value customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the food service industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
