Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis for each key account.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, including volume discounts, contract renewals, and new product introductions.
- Drive revenue growth within assigned key accounts.
- Gather and analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Provide valuable insights to the sales and product development teams.
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management within the food service industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing high-value customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of the food service industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
