Job Description: - Create/Develops audit programs, audit field plans and audit procedures.
- Create and review the working papers and audit file inputs before reviewing by Deputy internal audit manager
- Participating and feedback the deputy internal audit manager in monitor, assess and supervising the performance of internal audit staff.
- Participating in updating audit universe of the group he assigned.
- Conducting and supervising internal audit assignment on specified areas of the business within time frame specified by group internal audit and compliance manager/Deputy internal audit manager (as per audit plan, BOD special assignment/unplan audits).
- Follows up on audit recommendations implementation and prepare the monthly related reports to deputy internal audit manager
- In liaison with the ERP/IT auditor and other experts, develops audit software to support audits.
- Assess gaps before roll out/implement control procedures.
- Mediate the conflicts faces the daily internal audit operation and reviewing the judgment & feasibility of decisions taken
- Update the internal audit staff by the significant modification at the professional standards (Egyptian GAAP, and Professional Practices Framework of the IIA)
- Preparing the initial draft report of the assignments and follow ups.
- Due professional care in executing the audit assignments and managers directs.
