Job Description
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and collections
- Good Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Oversee financial department employees, including accountants & Account assistants
- Interact with outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and other financial needs as necessary
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
- Good understanding of Commercial contracts and its compliance
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Monitoring of Revenue & expenses against quarterly budgets
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience as a Finance Manager with diverse operations.
- Hands-on approach with specific responsibilities for cash flow management, and statutory reporting
- Experience in financial accounting, controller ship, consolidation, budgeting, and reporting
- Proven experience in driving process improvement, initiatives in Accounts / Finance reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Studies or Management and
- Postgraduate degree in Financial Management
