Job Description
Liaising with clients in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
Responsible for end to end cycle (Closing deals by making outbound calls and maintaining good customer relationships).
Advising clients on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares.
Making and confirming bookings, often via a Global Distribution System (computerized central reservation system).
Selling Flight tickets, Hotel/Room reservation and packaging to customers through the phone.
Communicating through different channels (Phone, E-mail and WhatsApp) to follow up selling process.
Answer customer's questions and responses with guide lines.
Work on provided data to achieve monthly targets.
Develop strong , on going relationships with prospects and customers.
Follow company polices and procedures.
Cancel the request up on the customer request through the outbound call.
Cancel all the reservations and booking in case of unpaid reservation before the cancelation date by 24 hours.
Cross selling to the customer for the flights reservations or hotels booking.
Change the booking according to the customer requests to suite the customers’ needs and preference.
Handle and deliver any assigned tasks within the time frame with high accuracy according to the business needs.

Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduates (2019,2020,2021,2022).
- V.Good to Excellent English speakers.
- Sales Experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Flexible with Rotational Shifts and days Off.
- Maximum Age is 28 Years Old.
