Job Description
- Monitoring and Handling machine failures through notifications via email, mobile, or landline.
- Registering color center faults and resolving them within 24 hours. If unresolved, direct repair is initiated.
- Installing new coloring machines, training customers on the software, and providing a user manual.
- Installing additional tanks on Hero machines, an electric current regulator (UBS) for large machines, and a stabilizer for small Hero machines.
- Receiving spare parts for machines from the agent in case of emergency or from the company after warranty expiration.
- Collecting payment for spare parts from the customer via receipt, including customer and machine details, and returning the payment to the company for inventory purposes.
- Understanding paint usage for explaining new products or discussing product features with customers and decorators.
- Sending samples to the lab based on direct manager requests when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- An eye for detail
- Good Skills in Effective Communication, Organization, and Time Management.
- Advanced Level of Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- High Skills in Computer Usage.
- High Skills in (Negotiation, Persuasion, and Presentation).
