Job Description
- Ensure monthly targets are set in line with productivity expectations/ requirements by retail outlet and agent.
- Take ownership for the commercial performance of the retail outlets against all individual and store targets.
- Analyze the performance records of individual sales agents and feed the results to the Country Manager of Sales.
- Competently and confidently communicates key business messages to the team regularly, in a clear and simple way, ensuring the message is fully understood and able to be applied.
- Ensure that all of the team are aware and able to comply with all sales policies and processes including business updates and the code of conduct.
- Manage all customer escalations in an efficient and professional manner.
- To utilize and understand key people metrics and HR policies and procedures to maximize the resources available and manage the performance of the business.
- To have regular and consistent interactions with all of the team including regular visits to each location whilst maintaining a presence in head office.
- Regularly coach the team on sales techniques and provide constructive feedback on areas for development, equipping them with all the support and resources required to be successful in their role.
- Responsible for coordinating corporate clearance of team members during resignation or termination.
- Always ensure that retail outlets are appropriately staffed with correct work shifts. Setting regular rosters in advance for the team ensuring that everyone has the required time off and vacation allowances.
- Working directly with country manager to dynamically run the business.
- Create new opportunities for expanding the brand on the market.
