Job Description
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products.
- Travelling to visit potential clients.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Calculating & sending client quotations
- Negotiating contract terms and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions according to company policy
- Offering after-sales support services
- Administering client accounts
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
- Performing market research
- Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports for sales & marketing director
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
- Help in researching and developing new products
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Coordinating with finance department for payment collections & invoices delivery
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other departments to exceed customer expectations.
- Solving client problems
- Support in the design of custom-made products
- Provide monthly/quarterly sales activities & customers’ requirements forecast
- Any other duties that maybe assigned according to the business need.
Job Requirements
- Background industrial sales such as spare parts or raw materials, preferably feeding industries
- B2B experience is required.
- Education: suitable university degree, preferably bachelor of engineering
- Languages: English is a must
- Computer & internet skills: advanced user
- Experience: 4-6 years minimum sales experience
- Males Only
- Driving license is a must
- Owning a car is preferred
