Video Editor:

In this dynamic role, you will be the visual storyteller behind our video content, breathing life into training concepts, boosting marketing campaigns, and capturing the spirit of events through the lens of your creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire video production lifecycle, from brainstorming initial ideas to shooting footage and editing final masterpieces.
  • Capture captivating footage using professional equipment and software, and transform raw material into polished and engaging videos.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and training teams to translate concepts into video narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Craft compelling videos for diverse settings, including:
  • Training modules and online courses
  • Marketing campaigns and social media content
  • Free event montages and promotional videos
  • Company event highlights and teasers
  • Offer campaign video ads
  • Master video editing software, color correction tools, and sound design techniques.
  • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Add music, graphics, and effects to enhance the emotional impact of your videos.
  • Juggle multiple projects with efficiency, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Responsible for a complete studio setup, considering lighting, sound, and camera setups.
  • Plan and execute video shoots.
  • Maintain and organize the studio space and equipment.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video production, ideally within the education or training sector.
  • Strong understanding of video storytelling principles and audience engagement techniques.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Videography skills and familiarity with professional camera equipment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative vision and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle varied video genres and projects.
