Job Description
Your Role
- Create and implement Annual Procurement Plan that are innovative, cost-effective, and follow up and supervise their implementation
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing a comprehensive suppliers database for manufacturing & workshops
- Review and approve maintenance department work orders & needs from stores & purchases.
- Pricing the maintenance request at their actual price before dispatching from the warehouse
- Approving spare parts dispatching from the warehouse for installations Department
- Approving the financial claims for maintenance department needs and follow- up Cash out disbursement.
- Approving maintenance department Safety Equipment Purchasing Order
- Approving purchase orders for maintaining minimum stock requirement
- Preparing a semi-annual report studying and monitoring the market & prices
- Issuing & Review the weekly and monthly reports spare parts balances
- Review actual and expected reports for of the maintenance department needs
- Reviewing the schedules for supplying the maintenance department (oil / gasoline) monthly-quarterly-semi-annually
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / preferred)
- Have Experience in Elevator Field
- experience 7-10 years
- Very Good in English
- Negotiations skills
