Job Description
- Collect cost information on the expenses database.
- Building data accumulation systems for the institution.
- Determine fixed costs (such as salaries, rent and insurance).
- Plan and record variable costs (eg Review the standard and actual costs of the institution.
- Prepare budget reports (separately for each institution and department). Analyze and report profit margins for the organization.
- Perform weekly and monthly physical stock checks.
- perform weekly and monthly physical assets and tools counts.
- Maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels at warehouse
- Ensuring that finished goods shipped to the customers are matched with the actual invoices.
- Ensuring that materials shipped from the suppliers are matched with the actual invoices.
- Coordinate with warehouse team to implement and ensure control system to reduce damage and obsolescence.
- Responsible for communicating with all department managers and purchasing on inventory levels.
- Prepare, comparing, recording and review standard costs, actual costs.
Job Requirements
- Experience in industrial companies in cost calculations is a MUST
- Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
- Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word
- Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards
- Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.

- Qualifications: Minimum of 4 solid years of Cost Accounting.
