Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor & Videographer to join our creative team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production, from capturing high-quality footage to editing and delivering polished final products. The ideal candidate is an expert in both shooting and editing, with a strong eye for detail, storytelling, and visual composition. This position requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to work on a wide range of projects, including promotional videos, interviews, events, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, ensuring all footage aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling goals.
• Operate professional video and audio equipment to capture visually compelling footage in both studio and on-location settings.
• Edit raw footage into cohesive, engaging videos that meet brand guidelines and project requirements, including color grading, sound design, and special effects.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize video content ideas that engage audiences across digital platforms.
• Manage the post-production process, including editing, refining footage, adding motion graphics, and exporting content for multiple platforms.
• Direct and set up lighting, camera angles, and audio equipment during shoots to ensure high-quality video production.
• Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring it is up-to-date, in good condition, and ready for on-site and off-site shoots.
• Stay current with industry trends in videography, video editing, and digital content production to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices in video editing, motion design, and project management.
