Job Description
- Responsible for the initial classification of cases.
- Determining and requesting the required medical documents from the cases, reviewing them and determining their medical priorities.
- Periodic review of waiting lists and updating their medical priority.
- Making the final classification of cases and formulating their medical decision in preparation for their inclusion in one of the institution’s case tracks (protocols, projects, etc.)
- Issuing medical approvals for medicines, examinations, supplies and consumables required for the case after reviewing the case file and matching the service required for the case with the relevant social decision.
- Issuing a medical decision related to a new service required for the case or a family member in preparation for sending it to the research department to issue a new social decision (rediscussion).
- Follow up the treatment plan for the cases and take medical decisions that it seems necessary for the health status of the case based on the results of presentations and the recommendations of the attending physicians or after reviewing the results of the examinations of the cases to ensure that the case receives the highest level of medical service.
- Recording all decisions taken for cases on the system and on sheets according to the administrative changes in the administration.
- Attending the discussion committee in coordination with the direct manager.
- Make monthly reports as requested by the medical team leader (direct manager)
- Attend the various medical activities of the institution in coordination with the direct manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Medicine.
- 2 years of experience in Medical approvals and medical transactions .
- 4 years of experience overall
- Excellent communication skills
