Job Description
We are hiring motivated and articulate female telesales representatives to join our sales team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our services, handling objections, and closing sales professionally.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Females only – this role is open exclusively to female candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Previous telesales or call center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
