Job Description
- Study and prepare tender specifications, customer requirements and requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during excursions.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Provide the technical submittal to consultant and resolve any rejection issues.
- Create the technical proposal to customer and resolve any requirements.
- Create the financial proposal with best competitive price to customer and resolve any requirements.
- Create solution description and compliance statements
- Create project master plan and lessons learned.
- Follow up project execution process recording and site activates reports.
- Solve the project issue and customer complaints
- Coordinate with the Site Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during project to the manager for discussion and proper solution.
- Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
- Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- BSC of Electromechanical Engineer
- Experience 2-3 years in Technical Office firefighting, fire alarm, HVAC and low current systems.
- Strong Communication and time management skills.
- Stress management skills
- Computer skills, AutoCAD and MS project.
