We're Hiring: Fluent English Customer Support Agent for UK Markt (Hybrid) – Cairo & Alexandria

  What You'll Do: 
 

  • Communicate with customers via phone and provide expert support "It's an English-speaking environment and where you'll be supporting international clients".
  • Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a high-quality customer experience and represent the company professionally.
  • Perform data entry across various platforms. 

     

What We're Looking For: 
 

  • Native or Native-like Fluency in English is mandatory "C2 or C1 Level proficiency"
  • Graduates, gap year students, or dropouts.
  • Residents of Cairo or Alexandria (mandatory nesting period from our premises: 4–8 weeks).
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in English call centers is a plus.

Job Requirements
