Job Description
- Following up the implementation of all mechanical works on the site based on the international codes.
- Delivery all mechanical works to the consultancy engineer.
- Reviewing all mechanical shop drawings of (HVAC, Firefighting, Irrigation network, Domestic water, Drainage network, Swimming Pools, Fountains) with the technical office.
- Implementations of HVAC systems, plumbing network (Infrastructure and Riser piping), Firefighting wet and dry systems.
- Identifying project requirements and thus design systems and products.
- Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales.
- Designing mechanical networks as per requirements and standard loads
- Recording analyze and interpret test data.
- Preparing product documentation, writing reports and giving presentations.
- Monitoring a product in use to improve on future design.
- Maintaining and update the project manager to facilitate timely reporting, cost effective recommendations and goal achievement.
- Preparing and present feasibility reports to higher management.
- Ensuring and coordinate the execution of project activities to assure that the highest safety and quality standards are maintained for the design.
- Supporting with the QA/QC team leader the quality assurance and control of contractor, subcontractors and suppliers in the mechanical engineering discipline.
- Coordinating with other engineers’ issues within the project; alignment on project design standards and discussions on risk / deviations / derogation.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements :-
- BSc of Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University.
- Must have experience in ( HVAC, Firefighting and Plumping )
- Very good in communication skills
