About the Job
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for the area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the client base.
  • Servicing the needs of the existing customers.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole.
  • Recruiting and training sales staff area.
  • Allocating areas to sales representatives.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts himself.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.
  • Post Graduate Studies will be an added value (e.g. MSc, MBA…).
  • Min 8 years of experience in sales, (Home Appliances experience is a preference).
  • Presentable, Articulate, and has high communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker.
  • Strategic Contributor.
  • Home appliances' previous experience would be highly preferred.
